Very cool cooked right on top, burnt buns as I like. When a friend went to understand why he has one sandwich and not two, as it should be. he was told that he was flattened. A lot of free space. Very nice and funny personal. Also I can't remember about how stylish this place is. All walls are covered with pictures. Each of them is painted in specific style that somehow connected with coffee and fits room style very well. Here is so cozy that you feel almost like at home. And warm and delicious coffee makes this feeling grow exponentially. I like this place very much even thought I visited it for the first time.

Nice coffee place mostly good service in all branches

Late night staff are the worst, can’t get the orders right and have this attitude like you’re a nuisance to them despite being the person who gives them the money on their paychecks. Even McDonalds have better staff.

There is a coffee wifi, sofas and cakes 😀 what else is needed for relaxation? The selection of cakes is very large, the coffee is delicious. The place is quite popular so it is sometimes very noisy here. But it’s worth a cup of coffee.

We had to wait very long for them to get things prepared and then we found out half of our order was not in stock even though they already charged us for it...never back to this or any aroma kava

Surprisingly cozy and tasty. And not only cappuccino and cake (cake is just super), but you can also have dinner. After work, it was very helpful to me. Dinner with dessert and a big cup of cappuccino cost me 200 UAH with a small tail.

Not best but still good coffee

That's cool!There was a misunderstanding :( When ordering, they silently issued a number on the table. They brought the order, but didn’t bring coffee. It turns out I had to guess that they didn’t bring coffee from the order. As a result, they stood on their counter for 20 minutes, and I drank it They didn’t even offer to warm them up.

You can't simply order something, just pay and go eating, they ask several times if you possibly want extra meal, they keep telling you about how good that cake/sandwich is and just annoy with "are-u-sure?" question.In the end they can't help giving you merchandise to clutter your pockets. A pinnacle of intrusive and annoying customer service.Queues and waiting times really could been halved or even more if they stopped asking those annoying questions.

Very tasty coffee. On arabica, only. Because usually coffee tastes a little strange. But probably it also depends on who is making coffee from the barista. And so I like it. The Arabica coffee is exceptional

Staff is rude and appears not to care about the customers needs or opinion. Luckily, there are plenty of coffee shops in the area.

Honestly the worst service I've ever seen. They're incredibly rude and annoyed if you begin talking to them in russian or english. They keep on talking ukrainian even though they know you can't understand them.

Luxurious in size institution of this network, where they make a delicious cappuccino. On a long counter there are sandwiches, set meals, cakes, eclairs and other sweets.In general, you can eat well with friends or drink coffee with your soul mate. The place is movable, in the very center. Prices are average, 5 out of 5!
